Figula Köves

The name „Köves” (Stony) comes from the location of the vineyard. Rain washed off the topsoil and rocky edges were formed. The roots struggled to get to the nutrients and water in the soil, which meant they needed more time to ripen. Small clusters, very small (30-40 dkg/vine) amounts of grape characterize these areas. Thanks to the small clusters and tiny berries a very rich, complex wine was born which has a lot of potential in aging.
